At Capitol Roasters, we bring the best to you! We purchase and roast the highest quality Arabica coffee beans from the premier coffee regions of the world. While we use our freshly roasted beans to make rich-brewed coffees and Italian-style espresso beverages on-site, we also offer a wide variety of whole beans for sale.

To ensure compliance with our regorous coffee standards, Capitol Roasters is vertically integrated so that we may control purchasing, roasting and distribution through our retail stores.  We purchase green, or raw, coffee beans for our many blends and varieties from world-wide coffee production regions and roast them to our exacting standards.  Capitol Roasters' whole bean selection includes beans roasted at a range of lighter and darker temperatures to meet the discriminating tastes of our clientele.  We also custom roast virtually any quantity or blend of beans upon request by our customers.

For the health conscious customer, Capitol Roasters only carries decaffeinated coffees processed using the patented Swiss Water method - 100% all natural and chemical free.  And our line of organic and organic/shade-grown coffees and teas is always expanding.
